You are more than the reason you called. You bring who you are, the people you care for and the pressures around you into every session. We treat each of those as part of your care, not background to it.
The reason you reached out: anxiety or depression, grief, trauma, addiction, or a relationship under strain.
Your identity shapes how you move through the world and what good care should feel like. Every part of you is welcome here.
Parent, grandparent, partner, adult child, caregiver. Your family system comes into the room with you.
Housing, money, work, transportation and safety all affect your health. We take them into account and help connect you with support.
Woven together into one plan of care

We are in network with the plans below and verify your benefits before the first session. Coverage differs by state, so the Illinois and Missouri lists are separate.

Good care is rarely one thread. It is the therapist, the psychiatrist, the family, and the plan, held together so no one has to carry it alone.
A free consultation and a thoughtful match. You should not have to explain yourself three times before someone listens.
When medication, a second specialist or family work is part of the picture, your providers talk to each other. With your consent, the plan is shared.
One record, one point of contact, one plan that evolves with you. Care that is coordinated instead of scattered.
Therapy is what Weave does today. We are building WBHN because healing rarely happens in one office: medication, family support and care for the body all matter, and the people providing them should talk to each other. Until partners join, we refer you to providers we trust.
Too many people tell their story again and again to providers who never compare notes. A network lets the people treating you work from one plan, with your written consent.
We are inviting psychiatric prescribers to join, so medication and therapy can be planned together instead of side by side.
We are inviting massage therapists, acupuncturists and physical health providers, for the body alongside the mind. Wellness services are cash-pay and are not billed through Weave or covered by insurance.
WBHN is starting with phase one: a care-coordination network for independent therapists, psychiatric prescribers, group practices and wellness providers across Illinois and Missouri. You keep your practice, your name and your billing.
Refer clients to one another, with their written consent, through each practice’s own secure channel. Clients arrive with context.
Your practice appears in the member directory and on the dated network roster, so other members know how to reach you.
Phase one has no fees and changes nothing about how you run your practice. Your clients, contracts and billing stay yours.
Call or text 314-328-0955, or book online. We start with a free 15-minute consultation, verify your insurance, and match you with a clinician. Most messages get a response within two business days.
In Illinois we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Blue Cross Community Health Plans (Medicaid), UnitedHealthcare, Optum, UMR, Aetna, Illinois Medicaid, VA Community Care, Aetna EAP and ComPsych EAP. In Missouri, coverage is VA Community Care, EAP plans and self-pay. We check your benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.
Adolescents 13 and older, adults, couples and families. Common reasons people come to us include anxiety, depression, bipolar I and II, ADHD, substance use and addiction, grief, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, military and veteran concerns, men's health, relationship work including polyamorous relationships, living with kidney disease, and DCFS or court involvement.
Outpatient therapy is not crisis care. We refer elsewhere for active psychiatric crisis or acute risk that needs immediate stabilization, OCD, eating disorders, sexual trauma, domestic violence and psychosis, and we will help you find the right place.
For most concerns, yes. Research shows comparable outcomes for individual therapy by video. We offer both and will recommend in-person care when it is the better fit.
Yes, by telehealth. We are licensed in Missouri as well as Illinois, so you can meet by video from anywhere in either state. Missouri coverage is VA Community Care, EAP plans and self-pay.
Same practice, same therapist, a bigger mission. We are building a network of independent therapists, psychiatric prescribers and wellness providers who coordinate care, and the new name reflects that. Your therapy, office and insurance stay the same.
A 15-minute call to hear what is going on, answer questions, and match you with the right clinician. No commitment.
